Vivienne was truly wonderful to work with. She is professional in every way and was instrumental in bringing our dream kitchen to life. I had been planning our new kitchen for years, but Vivienne’s guidance took it to the next level! Vivienne develops several alternatives designs, and once a design is chosen, she provides detailed plans. Our project included a full remodel of our kitchen, butler pantry, and bar that involved moving walls, doors, plumbing and more. She exceeded my admittedly demanding expectations. We went with Vivienne’s recommendations for a contractor and for the cabinet make as well. Our contractor was great to work with, and our cabinets are gorgeous! We absolutely love our new kitchen! Vivienne earned 5 stars - we definitely recommend her!

We hired Vivienne to redesign our kitchen dining space. She created 3 very unique plans with detailed drawings and building plans. Vivienne lead us through the complicated process of choosing tiles, counters, cabinets, plumbing, hardware and appliances for our job. She has great connections with local suppliers and helped us get the best prices in our materials. We absolutely love our new kitchen and cannot believe how beautiful everything turned out. Vivienne was up front about the cost and expectations from the very beginning and brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the project. My wife and I were looking for someone to help us design our dream kitchen. We had some ideas, but needed someone with experience and vision to help make it a reality. Based on reviews I read on the internet, I contacted Vivienne and set up an appointment for consultation. Originally, we were just going to get ideas from her, but after the consultation, we knew we wanted her for the complete design package. Vivienne returned two weeks later with 4 complete designs for us to review. One of the designs, in her words, was “thinking outside of the box”. We definitely knew that she had listened to our ideas when we looked at her designs. We picked the design that suited us best, which was the one outside the box. She made the entire process much less stressful for us and our contractor with the detailed design portfolio. It was a pleasure working with Vivienne and we highly recommend her. She turned our dream into reality and we thank her every day.

I cannot say enough great things about Vivienne! She is so knowledgeable about design and easy to work with. She gave ideas for our kitchen remodel on the very first visit. She has an eye for detail and worked with us from design to paint color. Loved that she gave a binder with all the design changes to our kitchen showing measurements, cabinet style with handles, inserts for cabinets, etc. Even the contractor was impressed with the detail on our design. She did give a few options for our island style and explained the pros and cons to all. She can do a turnkey project or give names of subs she recommends. We would HIGHLY recommend Vivienne. We will definitely call her if we decide to change our master bath.

Vivienne of Kitchens Designed by Vivienne is a fabulous designer who we worked with several years ago on a kitchen remodel. We loved her knowledge, creativity and innovativeness at that time so decided we wanted to use her again for our bathroom remodel. (Although her company says kitchen design, she had said she was doing as many bathroom designs as kitchens.) She is very easy to work with and was incredibly helpful with 'out of the box' ideas. particularly as we sought to have plans where we could 'age in place'. She presents you with a number of designs based on your needs and wishes. You choose the design you want . She goes to vendors with you and is there to help throughout the whole project. You have a binder with all the details. She is amazing to work with and has become a most trusted friend. We absolutely love the end product.

Start with Vivienne. Our project finished on time and under budget despite numerous issues discovered once the walls were opened. In my opinion, the only way to have your remodel project go successfully is to have a complete set of construction drawings prepared by a great designer. If you are being told you don't need drawings then find another designer. In fact, I believe the reason we came in under budget is because there were no "job changes" needed.

Vivienne is fantastic. We remodeled our kitchen and all of the living/dining areas of our home. Her design process was very clear and straight forward. She came and listened to our desires and then brought back 3 options for the kitchen/utility room layout. Her ideas had never occurred to us. Once we settled on a design, the vendors she used for flooring/appliances/fixtures were also very helpful. A year and half later, she is redesigning our master bath and closet. Highly recommended. Not enough room to say it all! What a fabulous experience we had with Vivienne--a professional breath of fresh air. As designer, she catches issues other contractors don't consider. She provided 3 designs for our project, which we modified with her to fit our needs. She takes into account the integrity of the overall home, but also considers individual style and ergonomics. As a person, she is delightful, respectful, considerate. She educated on product selection and used her personnel resources to make sure that our entire project flowed visually and functionally. Hiccups (eg. back ordered items): she quickly worked with us to find a solution that remained within our budget. Started on time, finished early. Can't ask for more than that! Her team was neat and tidy, left all safe and contained. Very important to us with our 4 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats! Lastly, our final product is lovelier than we had planned! (See before/after pics). Looking forward to doing bathroom!

This is my second time hiring Vivienne to design and oversee a remodel. The first was our kitchen/utility remodel 3 years ago. We knew we were eventually going to overhaul our tacky master bath and there was never any question that we were going to hire Vivienne again. She's just a complete pro, on top of every detail, and works her can off to make sure you're happy, not just with the outcome but with the process throughout. She's also amazing about staying on top of the project during construction to make sure everything is being done to plan. We had a really complex tile feature wall that she spent many hours perfecting, even though it was a "random" pattern and she totally could have left it up to the tile folks to just wing it, that's not how she rolls. Oh, she also designed cabinets for two of our other bathroom vanities to get them more modern and fitting with the rest of the remodeled rooms. They're beautiful! Sadly, we're out of big projects to do in our house, so I don't have a reason to hire her again, but I would in a heartbeat.

It would be impossible to fully articulate how fantastic this experience was. Vivienne was amazing from the first time we met her when she explained her process, to designing multiple designs and spending the time to talk to us and tweak the designs until we had decided on one. When cabinets arrived, she was here to meet the delivery, check to make sure everything was delivered and in good shape. The other amazing thing about Vivienne is that when it comes time to choose flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash and fixtures - she does not just have suggestions of where to go, she has specific individual people she has a relationship with that help guide your decisions. At each visit Vivienne was there, helping to make decisions and on occasion coming up with the completely outside of the box idea to leave no stone unturned. When it was all done, we ended up with the gourmet kitchen we have always dreamed of with much less stress and less difficult than we ever dreamed. I can't thank Vivienne enough for the experience, help, friendship and in the end a fabulous kitchen!
